Here's a perfect French fry seasoning blend—savory, slightly smoky, and full of flavor. Great on homemade or frozen fries, right after baking or frying.


🍟 French Fry Seasoning Recipe

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp salt (fine or kosher)
  • 1 tsp paprika (smoked or regular)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
  • ½ tsp dried parsley or oregano (optional)

🧑‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl or spice jar. Shake or stir well to combine.

  2. Cook your fries (baked or fried) until crispy.

  3. Toss fries with the seasoning immediately while they’re hot—this helps the spices stick better.
