Ooooo... I do love French Fries π
Ingredients
About 1 pound of Russet Potatoes π₯
4 pats of butter
1/3 cup sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp taco seasoning
1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese π§
1 1/2 cup parmasean cheese
1 cup of milk
Stuff you will need
Cutting board
Sharp knife πͺ
Pot
Ziplock bag
Cooking oil
Potato masher
Colander
Baking sheet lined with paper towel
Slotted spoon
Directions
Peel, cut and boil your potatoes π₯
Once the potatoes are cooked, transfer to the colander to drain. Transfer back to the pot you boiled the potatoes in.
Mash with the butter, sour cream, spices, cheese and milk.

Transfer to the ziplock bag and flatten out.
Put this in a flat spot in the fridge for two hours, or 120 minutes, or 7,200 seconds.
Open the ziplock bag and cut down the seam to be able to keep this potato mixture flat.
Using a sharp knife πͺ cut ✂️ into uniform sized fries.
Transfer to a pot with cooking oil at medium heat. If you got a candy thermometer it should be 350 F.
Fry till golden brown. Transfer to a sheet lined with paper towel to absorb the excess cooking oil.
