I tried this wine. You will get intoxicated. You will also get a massive headache if you decide to get inebriated with this wine.
Ingredients
1.82 ltr Grape Juice
1 1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp regular bread yeast
Stuff you will need
2 cup glass
Measuring spoons and cups
Funnel
Directions
Pour off 2 cups of grape juice. Canada food guide says you should have five or six servings of fruits and vegetables per day. Drink this and you are down 2 servings already.
Pour the sugar into the grape juice bottle using the funnel.
Add the yeast.
Put the cap back on the bottle, tightly.
Shake it up! Oh yea. Shake till the sugar is dissolved.
Loosen the cap. The grape juice is going to ferment and release CO2 gas. If you don’t loosen the cap, your container is going to rupture. Oh what a mess that will make.
Place the container with the loosened cap in a dry and dark place.
Leave it ferment for 10 to 14 days. To know if the wine is done, there will be no fermentation taking place. No bubbles.
I owlt racked this into a cleaned bottle, avoiding the sediment at the bottom. Yes, you will loose about a half cup of wine.
Know your limits and drink in moderation.
